In an ongoing effort to serve you more effectively and efficiently, we have established an office scheduling policy for new and returning patients.
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be billed $50.00.
Due to their comprehensive nature, these appointments are booked so that the doctor and technicians will have the necessary time to meet your needs. These appointments can include in-depth examination by the doctor, laboratory assessments, consultations, and nutritional counseling. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice in order to reschedule testing appointments. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be billed at $75.00
