Stress Assessment

Our Stress Assessment test measures stress response by evaluating the stress hormones —cortisol and DHEA— in the body. Our adrenal glands produce stress hormones such as cortisol and adrenaline, which can help show us how the body is coping with the stressors we are experiencing every day.

This test  indicates any adrenal hormone imbalances underlying stress-related disorders such as insomnia, anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue, obesity and eating disorders. It can also assess the body’s natural stress resistance and anabolic defence against degenerative conditions of aging, including muscle wasting, abdominal obesity, Alzheimer’s disease and cardiovascular disease.
