Biomeridian Food Sensitivity & Organ Testing

Biomeridian Testing is an assessment testing device that measures the body’s electric resistance at acupuncture points in multiple areas throughout your body and organs, providing your Naturopathic Physician with valuable information about your overall health.

It can be done to test both your food sensitivities and the health of your organs.

• Food Sensitivities: We examine your response to the exposure of a wide variety of foods, and determine whether they trigger inflammation within your body.

• Food Sensitivity testing with the BioMeridian MSAS machine can be used to determine which foods may be aggravating your immune system and lowering your tolerance to physical, chemical, and emotional influences.

• Organ Scan: Measuring the electrical resistance in acupuncture points that exist in multiple pathways throughout your body in order to assess overall health.

Skin resistance at an acupuncture point is measured by producing a slight potential difference (voltage) between a tip electrode held against the point on your skin and a large hand electrode held by the patient. These measurements can help us assess whether inflammation is present locally, or somewhere else along the energetic pathways within your body, known as meridians. Each meridian is associated with specific organs and body systems.
